Setup Default Home Page (Windows)
- Open IE4
- Click View
- Select Internet Options
- Next to Address, type in the home page address.
Setup Default Home Page (Mac)
- Go to the Edit menu and choose Preferences.
- Choose on the Home/Search button under the Web Browser sub- heading from the list on the left.
- Enter the address into the text box in the Home Page section.
- Click OK.
Enable Cookies
- Open IE4
- Click View
- Select Internet Options
- Click on the Advanced tab.
- Scroll down to "Security, cookies"
- Select "Always accept cookies"
- Click OK
Flush Cache/History
- Open IE4
- Click View
- Select Internet Options
- Click on Delete Files in the Temporary Internet Files section
- Click on Clear History
- Click OK
- Click OK
Configure Proxy Settings
- Open IE4
- Click View
- Select Internet Options
- Click on the Connection tab
- Tick the box next to Access the Internet with a proxy server
- Click on Advanced
- Next to the HTTP field, type in the address and port of the proxy server
- Click OK
